Absolutely! Most of our clients are visiting Japan or live overseas. We’re here to help with local access and logistics.

5. Can you purchase tickets for events that require a Japanese phone number or ID?

Yes, we specialize in navigating local ticketing systems, including those that require voice or SMS verification. However, in some rare cases, we may not be able to assist if ID checks are strictly enforced.

6. How do you deliver tickets or items?

We deliver tickets and purchases to hotels or via other local delivery options in Japan, to your home country, or pickup from a local locker. For overseas clients, we can forward packages via Japan Post or other carriers.

7. How much are your service fees?

Fees vary depending on the service. Please contact us with your needs and we’ll send a quote.

8. How do I pay for services?

We accept payment via PayPal or major credit cards. Invoices are issued through our website and process securely via Stripe or PayPal.

9. Can you guarantee ticket availability?

While we can't guarantee availability for sold-out or high-demand events, we have a very high success rate.

10. Can I request last-minute services?

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for popular events or limited releases. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
